Depends if fasting: Normal glucose is usually considered 60 or 80 - 100; however that is based on 8-12hr fast.  Patients with fasting glucose &gt;100&lt;124 is considered hyperglycemic; while a fasting glucose 125+ is consistent with diabetes.  Clinicians also utilize a HBA1C test which assesses your average glucose over a 3 mos period.  A HBA1C &gt;5.7-6.4 is consistent with prediabetes, and 6.5+ c/w diabetes.

If it: Was fasting and from a vein by a lab, it's in the prediabetes range. If it was random it's probably normal. If it was by fingerstick, ignore it as they aren't accurate enough for diagnosis. In any event, you need to use diet and exercise to lose weight.

Many things: It could means many things including: lab error, pre-diabetes, diabetes, not fasting long enough...You need to repeat it and make sure it is not a persistent trend.  If it's high again, then it is unlikely to be a lab error and you might need to be tested for diabetes/pre-diabetes.

: How high? If you are diabetic, you need to be evaluated. Usually it takes a combination of diet and medications to manage elevated blood glucose.

Depends on meal: Your glu after a meal varies with what you ate, how fast, the speed of your GI tract,  etc.  It is hard to precisely say whether your post meal glu are too high.  If you are testing your sugars because you have diabetes, or are worried about diabetes, best to check fasting and pre-meal, and also follow your a1c.  Normal fasting glu is 100 or less.  Diabetes is 126 or more. "impaired" is in between.

Like normal: Urine with high glucose (caused by high blood sugars from uncontrolled diabetes) will look just like normal urine. It has been reported that sometimes urine with high glucose will actually sweet. Other than that, you need at a minimum a urine dipstick test to detect glucose in the urine.

The A1C measures: your glucose continuously over the past 3 months. So one glucose reading can be normal but you are spiking above normal at times if your AIC is high. Think of the A!C as an average glucose overr the last 3 months. If it is high,you  are having some abnormal sugars.
