A scrotal ultrasound is recommended and sometimes requires surgery for drainage.

Depends on...: Scrotal trauma can result in a testicular hematoma or hematocele. Color doppler ultrasonography is the imaging technique used to see what is there. Hematomas and hematoceles are managed on an individual basis depending on the urologist and the patient (but surgery is needed if the covering of the testicle is ruptured).

Testes Trauma: Not at all. The hematocoele is a collection of blood which will eventually be re absorbed. In the meantime, it presents as a firm mass that mimics a tumor. It should shrink and go away; if not follow up with your doctor.

Don't really know: The actual cause of adhd is really unknown. Spect scans have been able to show abnormalities in the frontal lobe of those with adhd, but this doesn't explain cause. It is believed to be a chemical, rather than purely a behavioral disorder. Theories on cause are endless from diet, genetics, vitamin deficiency, toxin exposure, fetus development, etc.

Swelling: Not a lot of information from your question. Going to presume the weeping is clear liquid in which case it's likely that the wound is near a swollen limb such as a venous ulcer of the leg. Need to control the swelling with a compressive bandage to affect healing.
