Insure you have adequate Iron (think kale &amp; other dark green leafies), Omega 3 fatty acids (think walnuts)  and vitamin E (fruits &amp; vegetables).

Biotin and Hair!: Take between 2000-5000mcg per day. This is a small amount when you consider it is 2mg to 5mg/day.  I do not know why, but virtually all mulivitamins ( check) contain less than 20% of the minimum daily requirement.
