Obturator nerve: Have encountered a variety of low level nerve injuries associated with pelvic floor dysfunctions, and more commonly see associated with surgical complications.  Find the genitofemoral , pudendal,  and ilioinguinal nerves, can be issues, but there can be many more causes of genital pain in your age group such as infection and endometriosis.  Recommend a full gynecological evaluation soon.

Not usually: The nerves that primarily innervate the genitals come from t12-l2 region: ilioinguinal, iliohypogastric, and genitofemoral nerves. Pudendal nerve arises from s2-s4 and innervates anus, perineum, lower scrotum. Si compression radiculopathy usually associated with pain down the back of thigh and leg into the back and lateral aspect of the foot. Likely another cause for genital pain: prostatitis?

If unknown reason...: Testicle pain means a trip to the doctor right away because the testicle's blood supply can be twisted off (called torsion). When that happens, the testicle can die. Other causes of testicle pain include trauma, infection, twisting of an appendix of a testicle (a small lump next to a testicle), etc... Since a guy usually cannot tell if his testicle is twisting, an exam by the doctor is needed.

?epididymitis: Depending on your age and activity level this may be epididymitis. Sensitivity of the epididymis.  Treatment is usually conservative with anti inflammatories (ibuprofen, etc), support clothing, minimizing touch to the area and time.  One needs to consider Testicle cancer so an exam by an experienced Urologist or a scrotal ultrasound can be helpful as well to rule this out.
