Not quite sure of ?: Withdrawal peaks at 3 to 5 days post narcotic withdrawal and decreases after day 7. If going back onto narcotics, this is standard for withdrawal FAILURE. detox and other supervised withdrawal is easier and more reliable. Furthermore, interventions to identify and change underlying pattern of addiction is a good idea.

Neurontin (gabapentin) Taper : Your profile indicates you take cellcep. If using cellcelpt for renal or liver xplant and there is a baseline functional organ compromise, the taper would have to be individualized for you by your doctor. In the absence of seizure disorder, lowered seizure threshold or predisposition to seizure, this can be tapered over a week, and  possibly 2-3 weeks in other scenarios.

it seems that in drug screens (lab tests) i randomly test positive for gabapentin which i haven't taken in about 2 or 3 years. my significant other is prescribed them- no contact with me however. is there any explanation?
