Might not be able: You might not be able to fully reach your potential without exercise and everybody can do some form of exercise (flexibility, strength and aerobic).  Adjusting diet is a major factor in weight loss also of course and should be started first or at the same time as exercise.

Cheek : Cheek augmentation can indeed be performed without surgery.  Cheek implants are used, but they can be complicated by extrusion or displacement.  Fillers such as Radiesse (dermal fillers) or sculptra are good alternatives.  The down side of these products is that they are expensive and temporary.  But, in my opinion, fillers are a better option than surgical implants.  Fat transfer is heavily marketed today, but the results are somewhat unpredictable.  And the technique sounds better on paper than in practice and outcomes.  Hope this helps.

Many possibilities: It could be any of a large number of things. Get to a dentist or community clinic to get it checked out. In no circumstance should you ignore an area of swelling for several months since early detection is critically important for several possible causes of this.

If no: Systemic symptoms occur do nothing, it will be self limiting.
Watch for infection, keep it clean and do not temper with it...

Acute sinusitis: the are behind the cheekbones are the maxillary sinuses.  These can become congested from infection or allergy and can actually have a fluid buildup which when changing head position will give the feeling of fullness, pain in the upper teeth and or ear pain.  While not an acute situation you should see you local MD for medications and possibly radiographs.

It may: It may come back. From what you are saying it may not have been a boil if it was only blood.... Could be a cyst, atheroma.

TMJ: It can be from TMJ if you clench or grind your teeth, it can be an ear problem from nasal allergies if your nose is stuffed, it can also be a rare benign ear tumor. All in all you should have it checked.
