Reproducible: Bppv is usually reproducible spinning when laying down to the right or left, depending on the affected ear. It will cause intense spinning, eyes can't focus, lasts for several minutes and fades. It is less  severe with repetition.  See an ENT for exam and evaluation.

It is a type of Biop: It is a test done to examine the cells contained in a lump or mass . This is one way to check a lump for Cancer. It is the least invasive test because it uses a very thin/fine needle to pull out a few cells and check if they are normal or abnormal(cancerous).

Methadone &amp; pregnant: Taking non-prescribed methadone while pregnant is dangerous! If not rx'ed, it can't be known what else may be in the "meth" and what other substances, are being ingested. The best choice ur friend could make is to TELL HER MD. In so doing, she may be transitioned to rx'ed methadone, get safe prenatal care, &amp; avoid the trauma of being separated from baby when tox+ at delivery. TELL MD &amp; get care!

hi, i received my 2nd pfizer dose yesterday. so far, i feel fine. what is the likelihood i will have side effects, and when do they generally start? also, after my first dose, i did not have side effects if thats helpful. thank?

: Likely the side effects will occur, usually 8-12 hours after the shot, getting worse in the next 24 hours and resolve at the end of day 2.
You can take Acetaminophen (Tylenol) for fever more than 101, body aching, pain at injection site, etc. Dose is 650 -1,000 mg every 6-8 hours as needed. Please note that Tylenol does not make the vaccine less effective.

Get it evaluated: What gland is swollen? If a lymph node is consistently swollen have a doctor look at it.

Several reasons: Increased mucous discharge is probably unrelated. Pain may be from displacement of the iud. Ultrasound may help decide the course of action in these instances.
