It most likely: refers to an inactive Tuberculosis infection...in many areas of the world a quite common finding however 
your  Primary Care Provider might wish you to have additional testing and possibly some (preventative) medication!  Ask him/her!!

Consult ordering dr: Bifid ribs are congenital and usually are of no consequence and are variations of normal. Fibrocalcific disease is probably related to previous granulomatous infection. Most common is tuberculosis. In Southwest coccidiodomycosis is fungal cause. In midwest Blastomycosis is usually cause. Long term antibiotic treatment sounds like a chronic infection like one of the above. Various testing available

The X-ray suggests..: Pulmonary tuberculosis but does not say anything about whether the patient has active infection.  Symptoms suggesting activity are fever, cough, night sweats and weight loss.  Your friend needs to see a doctor and have sputum tested for the tubercle bacillus.

Yes: Calcified lesions are not a contraindication to working. Your doctor may wish to get a Blood Test for TB that would provide further evidence that the disease is not active. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

: This suggests there is scarring from prior infection. From that location it suggests old TB. (Past TB) The xray cannot determine whether the TB is active or not.

Density in the lung: is a very generic nonspecific term...it means that there is something in the lung on xray or CT that could be almost anything, form normal to abnormal, from innocuous to serious.
