and don't be judgemental as there are many causes.

Significant weight : Gain can happen in untreated depression, not just from medications.  But depression is a potentially lethal illness.  We know that the best treatment is a combination of therapy with medications.  And, if you express your concern to your doctor, he will try to pick a medication with a small risk of weight gain.  Get the help you need and deserve!

Monitor eating: Monitor eating and ways you eat. College is stressful -- do you use eating as coping mechanism? Learn stress -management techniques to help you deal with stress in more adaptive ways.
