: You should not be alarmed because your baby seemed not hurt by your elbow.
Children are somewhat protected by nature well and that's why some babies fell from bed to ground but they do not sustain any significant injury.

Golfer's Elbow: You may have medial epicondylitis (golfer's elbow).  Try some over the counter anti-inflammatories.  You should go and see a doctor to evaluate to confirm that this is what you have.  Could also be carpal tunnel syndrome, olecranon bursitis, etc.

Related?: Not exactly sure what you are describing but if they are close to the IV site it could be a superficial phlebitis but could also be an infection. Could be a reaction to what was given to you thru the IV but 2 weeks later much less likely. Best to let your doctor sort it out.

Almost certainly : Children cry for lots of reasons. The fact that your child cried right away implies that he didn't lose consciousness. If he has no purplish discoloration over the course of the next few hours then I wouldn't worry. If when he awakens he is really irritable and you can't calm him down I would have him see his doc.

Many causes: Often we have no idea on the cause for these bumps.  You may try a topical Hydrocortisone ointment or cream on them for a few days. If problem fails to resolve or starts to spread, see your doctor or dermatologist.

Healing?  : If it’s not tend to read her pussy she probably does not have an infection. Since it’s on her elbow and the scab may be uncomfortable, You can rub  an antibiotic ointment on the scab

Trauma: The bruising and ecchymosis is normal after trauma, some swelling could be normal or could be internal bleeding (hematoma).  A blood clot (thrombosis) is rare after direct trauma but is possible if a vein or artery was directly injured.  The only way to get a diagnosis is to see a physician and possibly get a ultrasound of this arm.  See your doctor.

it started with hives then turned into psoriasis like lesions, on my knees and elbows. some say psoriasis some say scabies.family doesn't have lesions?

See doctor: The areas involved are not typical for scabies but skin rash needs to be examined for a diagnosis to be made and even then it may not be easy.
