i've been reading articles, can dybosis be a cause of ibs, acid reflux etc? i did a stool test and have dybosis and sibo.methane kind. can that be the root issue for acid reflux? belching? diarrhea and constipation? thank you

The basics: Dysbiosis as a simple term just means the balance of benign gut germs in your digestive system (beyond the stomach) is out of wack. It has nothing to do with reflux or belching  which are a mechanical process. It can lead to loose stools, excess gas production &amp; co-exist with IBS. The most common instances come with overuse of oral antibiotics. Probiotics usually help re-balance the system.

Probiotics: You must try to avoid the offending agent such as gluten and or dairy products. Then you need to repopulate the gut with healthy bacteria so that the bacteria can help your gut to heal. Aloe jucie is also good for gut healing.

Gut dysbiosis means a person doesn't have the normal, healthy, happy mix of microorganisms in his large intestine. The fastest way to get dysbiosis is probably from taking antibiotics that kill disease-causing bacteria, but also kill some helpful bacteria. Treatment may be probiotics or special antibiotics.

By weight: The dosage recommended for the treatment of schistosomiasis is: 20 mg/kg bodyweight three times a day as a one day treatment, at intervals of not less than 4 hours and not more than 6 hours.   I am sure your doctor will recommend the best dosage for you to minimize side effects.

Warfarin: New medication, diet, different generic rx and then we don't know, i often prescribe brand name Coumadin (warfarin) as there is less variation than generic rx and little room for error.

Viagra/ Cialis:  Are you using for erectile dysfunction or for benign prostatic hypertrophy?  You weren't on the max possible Viagra dose. Please don't increase your medication doses independently - talk with your doctor who can asseess in the context of your total health.

i was on a small dosis .025mg of klonopin (clonazepam) for 3 weeks and stooped it can that be enough time for withdrawl?

Yes: You can develop symptoms of withdrawal from this medication after only taking it for three weeks.  You should contact the prescribing doctor and ask for a taper off the drug if you intend to quit it.  If you do this, you should avoid any complications.
