i was prescribed levalbuterol inhalation solution, usp .63mg, doxycycline monohydrate 100mg caps, methylprednisolone 4mg dospak 21s; for pneumonia -- i have heart disease, hbp, thyroid disease, and diabetes, can i take these with my other medicine?

: Please consider that pneumonia can be fatal, so treating it properly is very important. Keep a close eye on your blood pressure and sugar levels since some of these medications may cause them to rise. You and your doctor may want to adjust your blood pressure and diabetes medications if necessary.  I hope you feel better soon.

i am sure i have a uti,,,,,,,,, what can i take for the pain /spams? i have doxycycline hyclate, 100mag. caps, can it help?

: If you have a UTI with an organism that is sensitive to doxycycline, then it should help. If the bacteria is resistant to doxycycline, then it will not help. Be sure the doxycycline is not expired before taking it since it will likely be ineffective if expired. If you take it and the UTI persists, call your doctor since you may need to get a urine culture done. Hope you feel better soon!

ive had 6 doses of doxycycline mono 100 mg caps for several bug bites on my arm, i forgot that i had plans to go to a friends pool today. can i go in?

Risk Assessment: If there are any remaining open spots in the bites, it's a good thing to avoid spreading it. Probably safe, but why take chances? Wading w/ arms dry may be a good limit. Just imagine how awful you'd feel to worry about a person catching it! Not worth it IMHO, but you can evaluate your feelings. Hang out, have fun, keep bites dry if you agree.

i am talking doxycycline hyclate 100 mg cap and it is making me sick. i took it at 9 am this morning and it came right back up at 9:30 am. why?

Take with food: Did you take it with food? If so, then you won't be able to tolerate it &amp; call your doc and let him know. He can address it best, since he knows what you are taking it for. 
If not, try taking mylanta or another antacid 30 minutes before a meal and then taking the pill with 8oz H20.  Don't take the antacid sooner than that or it will block the effects.Try not to take any dairy with it. Or call MD.
