Hemorrhagic means containing blood.  Endometrioma can mean containing blood or uterine tissue.

ENDOMETRIOSIS TX: ENDOMETRIOSIS is very difficult to treat if you have an.endomitrioma. It will be extremely difficult to conceive . Get a second opinion on treatment options and make sure you go to the top hospital and top doctor that are available. It can definitely cause DUB.

Benign ovarian cyst: An Endometrioma is a benign ovarian cyst. Diagnosis may need surgery. It  is part of a clinical picture called endometriosis. Any ovarian cyst can cause irregular spotting /irregular menstrual bleeding. Avascular cystic structure means that it is a fluid  or other material filled, balloon like structure with no blood vessels within it. Need for surgery depends on its size and symptoms

Ultrasound?: I imagine you are reading an ultrasound report? Avascular (no blood vessels) cystic (fluid filled) lesion ("thingie") could be a functional cyst, an endometrioma, or a benign tumor. The first one could cause irregular bleeding, the second two would not. Good wishes.
