Local irritation: Sounds like you had a thorough evaluation at the ER. Unfortunately some will become irritated when they are catheterized for a specimen and some occasionally get a UTI after the procedure. Local rinsing with cool water with topical application of a mild cortizone (hydrocortisone) cream can stop the pain if it is just irritation. If it persists after a day or so of this treatment your doc may want to evaluate her

Dysuria: If you want to treat dysuria, you need to see a physician and have a urine culture sent off to find out the bacterium that is causing your urinary tract infection (UTI). You will also be prescribed an antibiotic to treat it. If you have repeated UTI's, you should see a urologist to see if you have an obstruction causing these UTI's to recur. Good luck.

: Dysuria is not a diagnosis, but a symptoms of some other diagnosis. You need further medical evaluation, including testing for both STDs (gonorrhea, chlamydia) and for non-STD urinary tract infection. If no infection is found, it's possible you have interstitial cystitis or similar problem. See a urologist.

UTI: Diabetic patients have frequent uti. Symptoms are dysuria , urinary frequency, dark urinations. You need to send a urine sample for culture and sensitivity studies.

discharge: Not certain why you are having dysuria and whether or not you had an infection such as an std.  If it's an std several infections can cause a urethritis with discharge.  Less likely would be prostate issues.  Just ask your doctor.

Bladder full pain: 37! f notes pain in bladder when fuil?  ANS: it is normal to get a sensation in bladder when it is full.  Your body is telling you to pee. This can be ignored for awhile but keeps coming back. Listen to your Body.

i have been testing my urine daily and have ketones due to a little dysuria no leukocytes no blood no glucose,nitrates what is the cause of this condition?

: I assume that you have some dysuria and that is why you are testing your urine. There are many causes for ketones in urine. Fasting is one of them. If you are otherwise healthy and eat normally drink adequate amount of fluids stop testing daily and test after a few days. If you still have ketones see your MD for evaluation. Dysuria does not cause ketones in urine neither do ketones ion urine.
