Dysuria is not a diagnosis, but a symptoms of some other diagnosis. You need further medical evaluation, including testing for both STDs (gonorrhea, chlamydia) and for non-STD urinary tract infection. If no infection is found, it's possible you have interstitial cystitis or similar problem. See a urologist.

There are many reasons foe frequency- the commonest being a UTI. you should see your doc, get a urinalysis and C&S. In the meantime cut down on coffee alcohol and tea, drink mod amt of water and take AZO. Hope you feel better
