Can affect the amount of blood flowing to the hands (or feet, etc...), and so can cause a person to have cold hands.

If you're not getting sufficient B12 you might get cold hands and feet.  The same is true with magnesium and iron.  If the diet you're on is missing key nutrients! you need a better diet. Could be nonnutritional causes too. Talk to your doctor.
