1 to 2 days: A biopsy is usually processed and reported in 24 to 48 hours.  The things that could delay that is if the biopsy goes to a lab in another state for processing.  At worst, this should only add another 24 hours to the entire process.

Vascular Ehlers-Dan: If by veds you mean vascular ehlers-danlos syndrome, it is unlikely that a biopsy would be negative.  Genetic testing exists to confirm a suspected diagnosis if the first biopsies were all negative and the index of suspicion is still very high.

Additional study: What tissue was biopsied? What is the suspected diagnosis? Pathologists often do additional study on the specimen to properly assess the changes in tissue and cells. Why the additional stains are being done depends on the findings on examination of initial stains.

Most : Most biopsies are processed immediately in the laboratory receiving them; accrediting organizations, such as college of american pathologists, recommend that biopsies be reported within 48 hours.  Thus, hospitals and physicians with access to good laboratories will have results within that time frame.  Your result may be delayed by a physician who has a very good reason.  If a biopsy is difficult for the pathologist(s) to interpret, it is good practice to inform the physician who performed the biopsy...Explaining the delay, what diagnosis (diagnoses) is/are being considered and what is being done to resolve the issue. The pathologist will also ask the submitting physician if he/she suggests that anything else needs to be considered.

Cevical Dysplasia: It means abnormal biopsy result  and there is cervical dysplasia also called cervical intraepithelial neoplasia caused by hpv virus
it is a premalignant transformation and abnormal growth of squamous cells on the cervix.Most cases are stable and clear itself by hosts immune system.But small percentage progress to cause cevical cancer.Cin3 needs treatment to destroy the neoplastic cervical cells.

Not usually...: There may be some non specific changes of inflammation in the duodenum seen on endoscopy like edema , erythema, and villous flattening, but these changes can be seen in many different diseases and are not specific to celiacs.  Usually the diagnosis of celiac requires the trifecta of biopsy changes, positive ttg antibodies, and symptomatic improvement on gluten free diet.

Depends: Depends on what was biopsied and where.  Usually about a week but sometimes special tests are done and it takes longer.

Biopsy report: You need to discuss this with the person who did the biopsy and ordered the report.  They are in the best position to interpret it.  We don't even know where the biopsy was from.
