i am experiencing a slight neck lump or bulge. upper neck close to head.  slight pain for a couple of nights if sleeping in wrong position. ?

The most common: cause of a neck lump is an enlarged lymph node. Or, in the location you describe, an enlarged or swollen salivary gland. But the fact that it seems to be associated with pain in certain positions makes me wonder if you could just have a muscle strain with some associated inflammation and swelling. I think you can watch this for a few days, but if it persists &gt;1 week, see your Doctor for evaluation

i am experiencing  ear lump or bulge. behind my left ear it goes down then sweels back up went to the doc they said its nothing to worry about now at the base of my head lft side at hair line there is another lump. it is a little sore?

when laying down i can feel a bulge near tailbone area. there's no pain. if i push in near tailbone but more butt cheek area. i can feel a bump or something moving. it feels bony and moves when i change position. what could this be?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described may be just a normal coccyx. You may watch and wait, If you have additional symptoms, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

my baby has a hard bump on the back right side of his head. i've read that this could be a bulging fontanelle, which worries me. should i be concerned?

Wrong position: The fontanelles are located in the midline, one in back of the forehead &amp; rarely a 2nd just in front of the back of the head. A bump on the right side back would likely be a blood accumulation from birth trauma if large and a lymph node if small..

Different options: The face has a lot of things in it both in the skin and below it.  Sweat glands, hair follicles and skin cysts as well as lymph nodes, fatty tissue, nerves, vessels and other things.  Is the lump growing, inflamed, painful, painless, draining, recurrent or constant, moveable or fixed...?  Each of these (and many more) will provide your doc the answers as to what it is and what needs to be done.

Need clinical exam: See your dentist for a diagnosis and treatment.  Swellings in the mouth could be many different situations.  Pain is an indicator that something is wrong.  Get in to see your dentist soon.   These thing are best treated sooner than later.

Possible mucocele: It may be a mucocele, but it could also be a host of other things  if it is a mucocele it can be removed and should not come back (swollen gland).  It is best to check with your dentist and get it evaluated and then treat the problem so it does not cause any other problems.  It is pretty easy and not too uncomfortable to remove and it will heal up fine if it is a mucocele.

i have a lump on each groin at the top it doesn't bulge out but i can feel it?

Watch and wait: What you feel may be fibrosed lymph nodes from past infections in the feet or legs. It the lumps are stable you may let it be. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

lump in cheek nodule type can only be felt from inside of cheek. how do i remove this?

Go see your doctor: You need a medical exam by your doctor. That is the only way to find out what this nodule insdie your check is. You can wait for sometime to see if it is growing in size or not. If it increases in size over 1 to 2 months then it may have to be taken out surgically and examined microscopically.
