Maybe: That is difficult to say. Those two meds are not absolute contraindications to Viagra (sildenafil) but your atrial fibrillation may put you at high risk of a serious cardiac problem if engaged in sexual activity and using Viagra (sildenafil). I recommend discussing this with your cardiologist who knows more about your history and condition.

Yes: Some women have mittleschmertz, painful ovulation, due to a slight amount of blood released from the ovary at ovulation. Anyone not uncomfortable during ovulation should be able to continue normal activities. If conception occurs during ovulation and there are no symptoms, continuing normal activities is appropriate.

Gentle - yes: Avoid rides that are high velocity, flip you upside down and every which way and which involve impact. So, it is basically common sense. Gentle rides which don't have potential for injury are fine.

No: If are doing things during the ride....Like exchanging saliva ....That can give you problem later on as infection and vertigo/ dizziness.

Not sure!:  If the rides contribute to your stomach discomfort or lack of appetite but it's unlikely but going to the carnival changed your ability to eat

It : It sounds as though you have benign positional vertigo. If this dizziness is not accompanied by ringing in the ears and/or hearing loss that is the most likely diagnosis. It is thought to be caused by tiny crystals in the inner ear that have become positioned out of place. Treatment involves a series of controlled movements to reposition the "canoliths"or tiny crystals. This usually works pretty well but might have to be repeated. You don't mention how long this has been going on. A less likely cause of lightheadedness and not true spinning or vertigo can be "orthostatic hypotension", the feeling people get when they stand up fast and the blood flow to the brain is reduced because of a blood pressure drop. This usually lasts only moments. In any case. An ENT doctor can check you for these conditions.

Get a tetanus shot.: Most superficial abrasions and scratches can be cared for by simply washing with soap and water, applying antibiotic ointment twice a day, and keeping covered with a bandage. However, if you haven't had a tetanus shot in the last 10 years, you should get one. Tetanus bacteria lives in soil and can contaminate dirty wounds. Check your records and get vaccinated if you're not up to date.

hi dr  i am taking 10 mg rovista since 2 month n vitabiotics cardioace., but nowadays i am sneezing a lot.give me some tips how to overcome this proble?

I'm not sure: Of these other meds but let's not overlook allergies.  Since their introduction, nasal steroids such as flonase, used at night (my recommendation) have given tremendous benefi to people sufferring from allergies? Ask your doc to try that one.  Good luck.
