Tunnel vision: Your experiencing sweating, tunnel vision, dizziness along with nausea most likely are having coronary insufficiency! take a baby aspirin, with gatorade or water and immediately call 911. Get to a cool restful place and lie down. Tell someone close by how you are feeling and that you may be having a heart attack and help has been called. If you have nitroglycerine tab take one. Get help.

Possibilities: first, the nausea and intraoral bad taste may or may not be causatively related.  Bad taste is usually related to chronic periodontal disease, a gram negative anaerobic rod bacterial infection, or reflux. Carbohydrates  can literally feed into this disease,  drink water. Nausea can be from dizziness, migraine, fainting, GI upset, food poisoning, viral or ear infection, pregnancy, motion sickness

Talk to your doctor : Your bronchitis has you feeling sick. If you are on an antibiotic, this can have GI side effects. You may want to ask your doctor before stopping the nicotine patch. in general, when people get physically sick, it is best to reduce the number of medications to minimize the risk of side effects or complications. Questions: If you are able to keep down fluids and maintain your hydration then I don't think an ER visit is necessary.  As to why your right arm hurts, I can't say. Any history of trauma? Did you sleep on it funny? Where does your arm hurt (shoulder, elbow, wrist??). If your symptoms persist or if you find that you are unable to stay hydrated, or the pain becomes near-unbearable then see your doc.

Depends on cause: No herb or medicine works all the time. Ginger often helps nausea, but it may take a higher dose than you get in ginger ale- you can try ginger tea with lemon & honey. Motion sick bands often help morning sickness/motion sickness. A stomach virus or food poisoning may cause nausea that does not respond to these treatments. Abd cramps: Could be gastritis/ reflux  with or without H pylori  a bacteria in the stomach-worsened by motrin products ,caffeine , sodas ,spicy food, smoking, alcohol -, or gallbladder ( ultrasound /HIDA scan will detect ,  or food intolerances milk ( lactose intolerant , soy or gluten ( celicac versus just intolerance).  Discuss with GI

Both: Ginger has some benefit in reducing nausea. Gatorade will help with dehydration and can also help reduce diarrhea (should that occur) as it contains the simple sugar glucose rather than the more complex sugar sucrose.
