Could be a : flare up of a known or previously undiagnosed, auto immune disease, such as systemic lupus. A visit with your doctor for an exam and testing is very appropriate.

Need eval: You need to see a Dr. for these symptoms as it is important to make sure you have no neurological issues that could cause some of your symptoms, such as a pinched nerve. And to assure the slurred speech is caused by your tongue issue and not TIA like symptoms, etc. Get EVAL asap. Best wishes.

i constantly cramp up in my back and right upper side of stomach just under ribcage.  i get it almost everywhere, hands, legs, feet.  it is very painful.  i also have bad back and neck pain.  feels like my head is to heavy?

what causes of light back of the head pressure when doing laying down exercises? putting hands on back of head for support, relieves some of the pressure but slightly still there. i do abs after 2 mile walk. i feel good, no pressure when done. why?

: It is likely to be due to muscular contractions associated with exercise. During exercise there are prime mover muscles that cause the movement, however, a lot other muscles are needed to stabilize the body and those muscles undergo isometric contraction. What you described is not a cause for concern.

i have swelling on the right hand side of my body, mostly face and foot(ankle area). its not major but there every day. some days worse than others. my foot also gets sore if i walk alot. i had x rays of my foot and ankle and nothing is broken. ?

Further testing: required to rule out systemic illness/underlying infection or inflammation. I would suggest a comprehensive physical exam, bloood and urine testing. Cannot be diagnosed without direct observation/examination.
