Tubal Ligation: A tubal Ligation is a surgical procedure performed to Stop any future pregnancies as you know, since I assume you signed the consent when you had it done.  If done well, it is very hard to reverse these procedures.  You can certainly discuss all options with your PCP and GYN/Surgeon. Best wishes.

my 4 month old baby has covid-19. he has a strong cough that makes him grasp for air, vomits his milk, and seems to sweat more. he doesn't have a fever but his coughing is concerning. what should we do to prevent him from getting worse, i'm worried?

: Please see your Pediatrician. The cough and it's association with vomiting and sweating indicates a level of distress. He may require additional treatment including oxygen. An imaging study may provide additional information.

Have her checked!!: She may in fact gasping for air.  Many babies are born with tongue-tie more or less, and have difficulties using the tongue properly. Find an airway specialist in your area of South Africa to see if your baby has this problem. Myofunctional therapists, if you have some in your area, may be able to refer her to proper specialists. Allergies can also block the nose. Mouth breathing is never ideal!

Sleep and diet: Get an adequate amount of sleep. Eat a balanced breakfast. Try to review the material to be covered the day before the lesson to make it easier to follow.

Likely normal: it is normal if it is intermittent. you can help this by use proper toys to hold in his hands and massage and stretch the joint gentlly. also if both hand does the same it is more reassuring.

IQ: There is of course the IQ testbut this is just an indicator and that you are quite intelligent seems like a given based on what you are saying!
