Complex report: RRaza ~ :-)) this is the very complicated way of saying that you have a diffusely enlarged thyroid, consistent with a multi-nodular goitre with a single dominant nodule. The nodule will need to be watched because there is slight increased incidence in malignancy, (if you can needle it biopsy done) but TSH will come back normal no doubt and no treatment involved. Surgery occasionally if massive.

ANS: at your age most likely have Conn's syndrome if you have any BP problems. Why was MRI done?  I specialize in this and happy to do 2nd opinion. In ducts: "acinar" cells are cells that secrete a substance into a duct.  An adenoma is a benign growth.  Acinar adenomas are benign tumors most commonly found in the pancreas and salivary glands, but have been found in the ventricles of the brain and other areas.  They are rare.
