: Those symptoms are more related with anxiety, which is frequent in those situations.Another possibility is that you are not used to physical exercise and you were using all your muscles and requiring a lot of oxygen that made you feel temporarily tired and lightheaded. Or,If you had not eaten in a while or were not well hydrated, you need to.
All of those should go away in less than 15 min.of rest

Take it out: Since they are causing  symptoms and bothering you to search for help and they have been for a while i consider removing one for biopsy and getting a correct diagnosis.

i have all the symptoms of gastritis or ulcers. bloating,pains,spicy food makes it act up more. can metamucil help.anything better then pepcid to help heal?bloating is the main symptom now and some uncomfortable fatigue with burning muscles working?

: Omeprazole may work better than pepcid. Metamucil helps constipation. For thus, make an appointment with your GP especially with the fatigue and burning muscles. If you have other symptoms such as weight loss, abnormal exam or bloodwork, or a family history of cancer, your GP may either refer you to a gastroenterologist or check for a bacterial infection in the stomach. This can get better!

i have internal tremor & at rest in r hand & l thumb,n r arm swing,forward strike r foot,general stiffness,acting out dreams& hallucinations when i awake.also pain in hips and shoulders,fatigue& stumbling words. does this sound like parkinson's?
