Height no change: If you have started your menses you have likely reached your growth. You can have a bone assessment done to see if your growth plates are closed. All the best.

Did already.: I would say with confidence that you have had your rapid growth spurt.  If you are concerned about growing another 3-6 inches, it is unlikely.  Most kids stop growing taller in their late teens.  But you have the potential to grow taller until the ends of your bones become permanently solid.

No: But it will cause discomfort and possibly contribute to toe deformities.  Depending on how old the teenager is, and especially if they are female, their growth might be completed anyway.
