This : This is tricky to answer without a picture, but essentially any mole that has changed should probably be evaluated.  In particular, moles that are irregular shaped, dark, multi-colored, larger than a pencil eraser, or recently changed should probably get evaluated to make sure they are safe. BMI, not weight: Bmi (body mass index) is a more reliable indicator of what is considered healthy than looking at your weight alone. You can calculate this via your weight in kg divided by your height in meters squared-or just look for a calculator online to do the math for you. Your goal is to have a bmi between 19-24.

Around 150: According to the standards, the upper limit of a normal bmi for 5'6" is 150 pounds.  Above that, you are considered overweight, but bmi isn't always the best determination.  If you have 15-20 percent body fat, eat right and excercise regularly, i wouldn't worry too much about what the scale says. Too little body fat can cause problems just like too much can.

: The best one I one you can work with.  If you have kidney issues the high K DASH May not be for you.

I would get the app Cronometer and use it for a week and see where you can cut calories and sodium. Discuss with you team first.  My recorder loss in a pt with kidney disease with DASH  is 140 lbs.

Things like these may seem small and silly, but the increased calorie burn can add up over time. Don't forget a healthy diet!
