Push it through: Carefully; the hole has probably not healed completely closed, and "finding" the tract is usually possible without re-piercing. Of course, there is always re-piercing, but keep the new hole clean or it too will become inflamed/infected and heal shut.

i have a very good eating habit, i take my daily necessary vitamins, despite this, i get upper respiratory tract infections very often.my tonsils swell very often i have a feeling of pressure in my ears i can't breathe properly through my nose?

: You should see an ENT specialist for exam. Your tonsils may need to be removed possible blockage in ears, and sinus infection. The infections could be bacterial or viral, all will cause these symptoms. Your ENT specialist will provide you with the best treatment.

Soft scar: The ear piercing involves a puncture through the skin on top and behind the ear lobe as well as the fat in between. This closure makes thick, hard scar. One can massage the scar tissue and try to soften it more quickly. The repiercing could be sooner than six months with such attention.  Once the soft tissue feels supple, one can then mark the ear lobe  to achieve symmetry for the new piercing.

if i need surgery to remove a skull-based tumor and the surgeon cannot go through the nose, does the surgeon "cut my head open up?" does it get sewn back up, or do i leave the hospital with a hole in my skull? if it does, how does the hole get closed?

Talk to surgeon: Usually flap is created with part of the skull attached to the scalp and it is replaced to close the gap in skull for removal of tumor.

: The Eustachian tubes drain mucus created by the membranes of the middle ear to the throat as well as permitting air to enter the middle ear cavity from the throat when straightened by jaw movement/Valsalva. Some may be more prone to noticeable noise when their allergies or colds are active. I consider this activity a normal feature of a normal structure. I don't treat normal.

No: The ear canals are lined with skin that does not permit entry of the flu virus.These germs are selective in where they enter the body &amp; enter through the upper respiratory tract (nose,mouth, windpipe). If you contaminate your fingers on any object that has come in recent contact with the virus, you might transfer the fresh germs to your mouth &amp; get infected that way. Frequent hand washing stops it

Ear infection: An inner ear infection, or labyrinthitis, is usually caused by a virus which should resolve on it's own.  However, in severe cases, the pt could be treated with steroids and antiviral medications.  Medications are available to treat the symptoms of an inner ear infection so you should see your doctor to discuss available options.  Good luck!
