Take your vitamins: in the morning to help you through the day.  If taking vitamin C take some in a.m. and p.m. because it only lasts about 12 hours in your body.  If taking red yeast rice take it toward evening because we make most of our cholesterol during sleep.  Peace and good health.

Depeneds.: If a medication makes you drowsy take it at bed time.  If it invigorates you take it in the morning.  If it does neither take it when it is convenient.

Night: We believe at night because the liver makes most of the cholesterol at night.  However, there are no studies of what happens when you take it in morning, so it may work then anyway, but we don't really know

45 minutes: Best not to take anything addicting for sleep as they tend to become less effective over time and may become dependent on them.Try melatonin 3 mg at night,exercise more and limit or eliminate caffeine.If taking something may take 30 minutes to 1 hour to go thru stomach and get asorbed.

: As soon as it is available. The idea that protection fades in a few months is a myth. The problem is there are 8 or more flu strains circling the globe/aided by international air travel &amp; only 4 strains can be put in the shot or it is too weak to protect against those 4. They pick the most active strains &amp; the protection against those 4 lasts all season &amp; into the next one.

Pregnancy testing: Pregnancy tests are most accurate at the time of your expected cycle. In your case, wait 6 days then check.

3-4 weeks: Although you started your period soon after unprotected sex, it is still possible to become pregnant, although the chances are slimmer. Especially given your age, younger women in their teens still have irregular cycles and irregular ovulations, which means it's hard to tell when you're ovulating. I would advise waiting until the end of your current cycle to take a pregnancy test or if miss period.

Any time: Any time after a missed period is adequate to do a pregnancy test.  The urine tests are very sensisitve for b-hcg and if you are pregnant after a missed period, they should show that.  Best wishes.

3 weeks from Sunday: A urine pregnancy test done correctly gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and therefore lead to a repeat test. If a woman has her normal regular period, then she is not pregnant, and a test is not needed.
