2 weeks ago i had a lumbar puncture. after few days started headace, ear pressure, neck stiffnes, nausea. after 9 days received blood patch, now is 4 days after and my back still hurts a lot, still have pressure in head, ears, nausea.when it'll stop?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor as there may be a CSF leak. Start with the doctor who performed the lumbar puncture.

Excision: It sounds like the area needs to be re-excised by a general surgeon.

Your : Your symptoms are concerning, and you should have another medical evaluation.  Back pain and cramps are concerning symptoms.  Please be sure that your urine was tested for infection, and it would be reasonable to have another pregnancy test.    Your symptoms are not normal and you must be medically re-evaluated.  If you have worse pain, feel lightheaded, vomiting, or fever, then you must be evaluated as an emergency.

Why the tests?: There are hundreds of possible diagnoses. D3 is normal and not relevant. 10% EOS is not specific. Did the Dr offer a diagnosis and begin treatment? If not satisfied, see a dermatologist.

Trichilemmal cysts are almost always benign. They may be sporadic or they may be autosomal dominantly inherited. Surgery is the only cure.

Headache: tightening in the back of the head can be manifestation of tension headache which is the most common type of headache. That is usually affecting both sides and can cause tenderness in the scalp and not aggravated by routine daily activities
The smell of blood can be due to changes in smell, 
so, it’s worth seeing  doctor for more advice

Difficult: Difficult because sx are intermittent.  Consider cardiac evaluation.
