Dr. can check throat: New throat symptoms can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed); a cold, influenza, or "mono" (antibiotics usually not used); or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants, or even stomach reflux during the night. Usually, a person sees the doctor if the throat symptoms are bothersome, recurrent, or don't go away quickly (mainly to check for strep throat).

red bumps appeared yesterday morning randomly torwards the back of my tung  yellowish white tented painful. my tung swelled up then went down and is swelling again very hard to. swallow ?

Go to the ER ASAP: CAuses are myriad, including infection and allergic reactivity.  Regardless of cause, if your tongue is swelling to the degree you describe the danger is that you will develop swelling to the point where your breathing is compromised.  Get to the Emergency Room for eval and treatment.

hi i did botox 3 weeks ago for the forehead. due to sunburn from 3 days ago, my forehead was red  and swallowed now it went down to my noise than to my eyes. please advise if it has any relation betwern botox or only sunburn and what shall i do?

No relation: Botox is a toxin that paralyzes muscles. It is used as a cosmetic treatment to reduce wrinkles caused by smiling, etc. Sun exposure should not affect the Botox treatment, but it can damage the skin. It sounds like you experienced a significant sunburn which can cause skin damage, swelling and redness. Apply cool compresses to affected area, and cover the skin with emollient cream/gel such as aloe

i have a thin white line down the back of my throat in the right that looks like a tendon. the back of my throat looks a little red but there's no pain when i swallow. i had a tonsillectomy&adenoidectomy as a child, what could this be?

Probably normal: It most likely is an area where the underlying tendon or connective tissue lies in very close approximation to the mucosa. If you are concerned further, mention it at your next physical exam and have your Dr take a look.

i feel like i have a cut in my throat on upper right side, it's not sore not painful at all just when i swallow it feel like a cut is down there since a month. when i have taken picture of my throat, it looks like dark red vein. ?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests.  You may try gargling with warm salt solution and drinking warm drinks, if that does not resolve the issue in a week or so it would be prudent to see your doctor. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Swelling: Irritation and swelling in back of throat lead to a lot of pain but can be due to a variety of factors most common of which is viral infection.  Also consider reflux if this occurs more frequently.  Supportive measures and antiinflammatories can be helpful.

Your girlfriend probably has a viral pharyngitis. The mucous she is producing is draining into her throat and chest producing the symptoms. Viral infections usually get better in 5-7 days. Over the counter cough/ cold preps may help. If she does not get better, take her to her doctor. Hope this helps!

i swallowed a small deer  bone 3 weeks ago. i believe it went down. now i am having ear pain sore thoart  (doesn't look red or irritated ) throat tightness and hard to swallow salvia. can eat and drink though?

Ordinary cold: Your symptoms suggest a typical cold is coming on.  There is no relationship between this and the swallowed deer bone which has long been digested and removed from your system
