Resentment and angry feelings due to lack of love; physical, emotional or sexual abuse in childhood if not taken care of, will become more intense and lead to feeling of Hatred.

Continued feelings of hatred can cause depression or explosive outbursts affecting relationships, school, and work.

Daytime sleeping: Hi DanishMO62 ~ no never. But ask why you have daytime somnolence. Is this due to sleep apnea? Excessive activity at night, (studying, social media, TV etc) or other possible cause. Probably good thing to go for a checkup with your doc! But sleep wont harm you if you are not driving a car or doing any other hazardous activity. thx

Certainly: Feeling guilty is a close cousin to serious anxiety. Things occur when a person has guilt associated anxiety.  Our parasympathetic nervous system can go on a binge affecting heart beat, G.I. Activity, sleep, appetite, energy levels and things like  our mental clarity and decision making capabilities.  Guilt can become depression and it's very clear that depression has health consequences.

Absolutely!: Some molds release toxins that can cause a variety of problems, mostly with breathing, in humans in general. Some people will develop allergies to the molds; this often starts with  nasal congestion and sneezing, and may develop into cough and wheezing as well. Remove all the mold with a dilute bleach solution but more importantly, eliminate the water leakage that allowed the mold to grow.
