See a dermatologist: Probably you have something other than fungus. Your diet is important for other reasons. No food helps with any kind of fungus infection.

Investigate why: I would recommend an evaluation as to why you have thrush in the first place.  Are you using inhaled corticosteroids improperly? Do you have uncontrolled diabetes? There are many root causes that should be evaluated in order to treat both your infection and yourself as a whole optimally.

: Moscow State University Professor Michail Tombak suggests using lemon juice before you shampoo to change the Ph or acidity-alkalinity of your scalp. I've been doing so for decades and have gone off medicated shampoo.

Yes: the most common is candida which creates an itchy, reddish rash.  Other fungi that can infect the skin in other parts of the body can land on the skin of the testicles, but are extremely rare.

Not sure: Fungi can grow in almost any live substance, some of which would be classified as foods.  You can see it on breads, fruit, cheese, etc.  Fungi can also grow on and in people -- both living and dead. Some feel that candida (which is a fungus) grows more liberally when fed by sugary, high carbohydrate foods.  Sorry if this does not answer your question in the manner you wish, but it's my best try.

Fungal infection: Histoplasmosis, blastomycosis, coccidiodomycosis, paracoccidiodomycosis, cryptococcus, aspergillus, mucomycosis (absidia, rhizopus and others), disseminated candidiasis, and other.

Synthetic: They are all synthetic.  We've come a long way since alexander fleming discovered dead bacteria surrounding his cultures of penicillium fungi in 1928.
