Itching and swelling: A mosquito bite around the eye may cause sifnificant swelling, itching & discomfort depending on your particular reaction to bites.  The eye is prone to swell due to the laxity of the surrounding tissue.  Use cold compresses, perhaps appropriately take an antihistamine like "benadryl" & avoid scratching.  Expect the eye to close in a severe case.  If concerned, see pcp.  Often more bark than bite!

Usually nothing: If you can still feel it try rinsing with saline.  If your eye turns red or if you have blurred vision see your doctor for in-person help.

: Not a good idea to look into bright light, but an LED light is not likely to harm your eyes.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

Swelling: The bite on lower or upper eyelid skin would cause localized swelling and could possibly become infected. Initial relief could be obtained with cold compresses. A topical prescription ophthalmic ointment could prevent infection and decrease swelling.

Ice: For the first few hours, use crushed ice in a baggie on top of the lid.  By the next day it should be back to normal unless you have more than an average amount of allergy to the mosquito bite.  You can also take a Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or chlorpheneramine to help .  These can make you sleepy so take them late in the day.

Residual allergy: The is hypersensitivity to walled off foreign material. Cold is causing the area to react and swell, creams coukd help but if it very localized a microscopic foreign body may be persitent. See opthamologist if minor surgery is an option.

Bite: Is the bite near the eye? This may be infected, if progresses needs to be seen by a doctor.

Depends: This depends on how large the swelling is and how allergic you are to the mosquito venom.   In general, I would expect the swelling to improve in a week and subside by 2 weeks for most people.  May try taking antihistamine .

Mosquito will die: Tears are toxic to mosquitoes who will drown in your secretions.  You will not suffer a mosquito bite and probably have rubbed the irritating mosquito out by the time you get this message.

: Hmmm.... millions of people are bitten by blood-sucking mosquitos every day. Many mosquitos are squashed into a bloody mess, although a tiny bloody mess. We do not check bite victims for mosquito-transmitted diseases merely because bloody mosquitos are getting squashed on them. The disease risk is too tiny. To test would mean testing millions of people over and over, which is impossible to do.
