Not a good idea to look into bright light, but an LED light is not likely to harm your eyes. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

You should avoid looking directly at bright lights for extended periods of time. Since the optical system on the eye focuses the light energy on the retina you can actually burn the retina similarly to the way you can burn things with the sun by focusing the light with a magnifier.
