Conception: By the term "cleaning the uterus" I presume that you mean a D&amp;C.  You are at your most fertile time when you ovulate next which should be approximately 2 weeks after your next menses.

Self Cleaning: Uterus is self cleaning with monthly menstruation. Additional "cleaning" is necessary only  if specific menstrual or pregnancy related complications present. Too many indications to list. Uterus takes good care of itself, intervention is only necessary when things get very dysfunctional. If you have worrisome menstrual irregularities or are post menopausal with bleeding you should be seen.

Uterus cleaning: OliviaC ~ the "cleaning" occurs during your period which varies from from 5 - 10 days Irregular spotting post period does not mean your uterus is "dirty". It just means the endometrium is taking a  bit longer to shed. If worried, please see your  OB GYN to be reassured, but what you have described is not abnormal. thanks

I was not able to: Find information related to using potassium citrate to clean the uterus.  Propan mist. Pot. Cit. Simplex is potassium citrate and is marketed in south africa.  It is used to help prevent kidney stones by alkalinizing acid in urine (v crystal formation).

Maybe: If the hysteroscopy repaired the septum inside the uterus, then that specific item is probably O.K. However, lifting and "jerking" heavy weights for females with or without a support belt can cause a pulled round ligament which serve as a pair of "gudewires" to hold the uterus in place.

Yes: Yes you can conceive. Unfortunately, pregnancy outcome in women with bicornuate uterus may not always be as favorable as in women with a "normal" shaped uterus. Miscarriage rates are higher, preterm labor is higher and breech presenting infants are more common in women with bicornuate uterus.

Clean Your Uterus?: You can't. It is important to get checked. If you have residual tissue inside the uterus you may develop and infection that could lead to scarring and damage your fertility. If you are Rh Negative, you will need to receive Rhogam to avoid high risk complications in a future pregnancy.
