i have hand swelling. one then the other. what kind of dr. should i see? no other symptoms, could i have allergy feces from dog and baby diapers?

Your guess is as: Good as mine without any additional history and exam. First , go see your primary physician .If need be he may refer you to an allergist. In meantime you can take any antihistamines. But if you are having respiratory symptoms, you need to see a doctor asap!

Food allergy: Food allergy can result in swelling of connective tissues including joints. It can occur with hours and may be seen upto  24 hours after intake of food one is allergic to. Need to see an allergist to determine if it is the food that is causing the swelling rather than there is another cause of the joint swelling.

Tongue swelling: Not sure i understand your question: did you actually have tongue swelling? It is not always due to food allergy, did you consult an allergist? It can be hereditary or from a medication or idiopathic.

None: Where the rash appears tells you nothing about food allergies. Hives can appear anywhere on the body. Eczema can appear anywhere as well but is more commonly seen in the elbow creases, behind the knees, at the wrists, ankles, tops of feet & hands, behind the ears, eyelids, & anywhere on the neck.

Angioedema: There can be many reasons for the swelling you describe ranging from an allergic reaction to food or medicine; it may be due to an autoimmune release of histamine; or it may be due to an inflammatory mediator called bradykinin.  It's important to know the underlying cause as it will change treatment.  How long has it been there? has it happened before? Do you have hives? Have you tried any meds?

See ophthalmologist: You need to see an ophthamologist a medical eye doctor or a dermatologist. An optometrist is not a medical  doctor.Food allergy may not  clarify this at all. It could be a reaction to medication you use  in the eye or makeup around the eye

Unlikely: Swollen tongue is not common.  It can occur if you are allergic to a particular type of food.  If you avoid these foods, it should not happen.
