i just started using tampons and i didn't put it in on a angle i couldn't get it in so i took it out now it hurts to pee should i be worried?

Get checked: Of this is new, in other words,if it didn't happen before when you used tampons, you may need to get chaw led to see if there is some inflammation.

: You may be using a tampon with a too absorbing strength causing you to have lack of sufficient vaginal moisture. Your urethra also gets irritated causing the burning on urination. This could be from some minor trauma also.

It is good idea to..: at least temporarily eliminate any imaginable and potentially irritating factors such as those you mentioned + gingerly apply 0.5% hydrocortisone skin cream for 3-5 day, and see. If not improving as usually expected in 3-5 days, seek timely evaluation &amp; counseling so to deduce possible causes for what you have felt and for reasonable treatment/ care/ counseling.

Try squatting or gyn: Hi, this is actually quite common especially the first time you use a tampon. The tampon is small when it goes it, but after it gets full, it’s harder to take out. Try putting one leg up on a stool or the toilet seat and then squatting. You have to be relaxed and don’t squeeze your vaginal muscles and then ease the tampon out. You can also have someone help or go to see your gyn. Good luck!
