Nope.: Quickening is first felt around 20 weeks most commonly. Take Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily and best of luck!

A healthy pregnancy needs good nutrition, rest, and a lack of harmful drugs including tobacco. Make sure you take your prenatal vitamins as the Folic acid is important in preventing miscarriage and birth defects.

See a doctor: Sharp pains in early pregnancy need an emergent evaluation to make sure the pregnancy is in the uterus. Sometimes the pregnancy implants in the Fallopian tube (an ectopic pregnancy). This can be a life threatening condition. Best to be seen and make sure that you don't have one.

Early pregnancy: At six weeks gestation, the uterus is still relatively small and low in the pelvis and should not affect the location of internal organs. If a lump persists, examination by your physician should be considered.

Constipation: You had a large hard bowel movement.  Stool and gas in your colon caused distention (and pain) that resolved with passage of the stool.  Residual gas probably moved later that night = cramping.

Gas: Gaseous distention is a fairly common problem since progesterone relaxes smooth muscles.
