See a doctor: Sharp pains in early pregnancy need an emergent evaluation to make sure the pregnancy is in the uterus. Sometimes the pregnancy implants in the Fallopian tube (an ectopic pregnancy). This can be a life threatening condition. Best to be seen and make sure that you don't have one.
