No: I thought this was a strange question, but in researching it found out that this is claimed on some websites. However, I am quite certain that b2 does not cause a false positive on drug tests.  It can make your urine bright yellow & some who drink a lot of fluids to dilute their urine before a test will sometimes take b2 so the urine looks yellow rather than clear. Will not cause false positive.

Symptoms include: Sore tongue, chapped lips; mouth and throat infection; bloodshot eyes; sensitivity to light.  Rich sources of b2 (riboflavin, a micronutrient) include meat, whole grains, green leafy veges, mushrooms and almonds.

Not particularly but: Many vitamins and herbs are helpful for glaucoma, esp. A, c, e & b12. B2 is especially good for cataracts and may help glaucoma as part of a b complex, but is not particularly known for glaucoma. Really hard to get: it isn't generally available as a test. furthermore, the vitamin is not especially malabsorbed unlike vitamin B12, which requires a specific transporter in one little section of the gut and has deficiencies quite commonly.
easier to just have person take a one-a-day vitamin.
