Clockwise: It means that when you were born, your heart was rotated just a little tiny bit counter-clockwise in your chest. It has NO clinical significance. Doctors report it to prove that they were awake when they were reading EKGs.  Forget it!

Usually benign: Incomplete right bundle branch block. Electrical signals for heart pass down wiring divided into r and l bundles. Rbbb = delay in the signal passing to right side of heart - "normal" in 1/200 patients.  Incomplete is more common. Prevalence increases with age. Rbb associated with underlying heart disease signals worse outcome, but if isolated finding has no significance.

Check again: I've been reading EKGs for &gt;30 years, but I'm not familiar with "ladp".  The closest I can think of are lahb (left anterior hemiblock) or lafb (left anterior fasicular block). There is LAD (left axis deviation). Please recheck your mom's report and let us know.

ECG: Shifted transition zone has little significance, ask your doctor how he thinks it pertains to you.

: Exactly that, non-specific. It means the lines do not look like the textbook "normal" but they also do not look like anything bad. The important part of that is the expert opinion of someone actually looking at you and your EKG. If that person thinks this is all just normal variation and not important, it is probably normal variation and not important.

? 2 questions: I am assuming you are asking 2 different questions here. With regard to ECG, those findings are very nonspecific and hard to determine if they are of significance without any more clinical information.  
With regard to the blood sugar , that level postprandial indicates he is diabetic and needs a full workup and treatment for that disease. If he is overweight,  needs to work on losing some weight.

Abnormal ECG: Left anterior fascicular block is a form of conduction abnormality that is usually silent -- it means only is seen in the ECG -- but it would be wise to have a complete physical and a stress test at your age.

Not enough data: Irregular heart beat can mean anything. From a sinus arrythmia to afib. Need more info and ur mom needs better BP controll.
