Varicose veins: Vulvar hemorrhoids (also called vulvar varicosities or varicose veins on the vulva) are veins that become very dilated and twisted-looking, often during pregnancy. In general, they look similar to to varicose veins on the legs.

tiny little dark dots on my vulva just discovered. if you look close enough they almost look like little blood blisters!! ?

Can be normal: They can be normal skin changes.  Can also be normal small varicose veins.  However, without looking at them, I can't tell you for sure.  Have a gynecologist or dermatologist look at it to be sure.

red bumps on my vulva now look like canker sores that i get in my mouth. can canker sores spread to your genitals?  what is it? std? behcet's disease?

Herpes or Behcet's: Genital ulcers can be caused by the herpes virus or one of several other sexually transmitted infections.  In the us, herpes is the most common and can infect both the mouth and genitals.  Behcet's disease can also cause oral and genital ulcers.  You should be seen by a physician or an std clinic.

1 labia minora that is larger, skin sticks out past the labia majora & is darker than what is inside also couple of what look like skin tags. normal?

Not unusual: Not normal, but not unusual. Cosmetic gynecology is a controversial field and many doctors doing it are not well qualified.  If it bothers you, have a consult with a plastic surgeon who has this skill and check out your doctor's credentials before the consult.

i have a cyst on my labia majora, adjacent to my clitoris. it is not bartholins its not near the opening. its been there about 2 weeks and its now starting to look like its filled with blood. what could it be? it doesnt hurt. just a bit tender?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may watch and wait, it it ruptures, apply triple antibiotic cream to the raw area. If it is not resolved in a couple of weeks, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

what causes inflammation in the fordyce spots on the labia majora? i've noticed a couple that are painful and look like small pimples with a "head" already showing?

: While Fordyce spots on the penis can become irritated during sex,I'm unsure if this also applies to those on the labia. A dermatologist is the specialist who deals with treating symptomatic ones. Don't pop or scrape them as that doesn't get rid of them and they may become infected.  Abstain from intercourse while they're symptomatic.

Discharge: It sounds as if you have some excess discharge that is accumulating on the vulva overnight. Sometimes these can be due to a simple overgrowth of normal bacteria, or it could be a sign of a more concerning vaginal infection.  I would see a doctor to get tested.  Good luck!

Possibly herpes: Herpes simplex appears as a group of vesicles/blisters with redness underneath. Most of the time, it's itchy or painful, but not always. Please have this checked by your dermatologist for a more definitive diagnosis.
