i was on depo injection that ran out 3 weeks ago, i didn't have periods while on this. then i had unprotected sex last week took ellaone about 32 hours afterwards and i'm now spotting does this mean i'm not pregnant ?

Maybe. Maybe not.: A urine pregnancy test done correctly will give a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (or when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and therefore lead to a repeat test. Emergency contraceptive pills can alter the vaginal bleeding during the current and the next cycle.

i press on and suck in my stomach a lot. like i mean every minute or whatever. it makes me feel thinner, as i struggle with body image even though im apparently underweight. i was just wondering if this is bad or not?

: Sucking in is not harmful but being underweight may be, depending on how underweight you are. Try to keep your BMI between 18.5 and 25.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

if a enchondroma is in the middle of bone oedema and the enchondroma is surrounded by oedema in the knee proximal tibia does this mean the enchondroma is aggressive and needs treatment to reduce oedema in and around it?

i have a uterine polyp that comes and goes for years. my mother just got diagnosed with precancerous cells in her uterus and cervix. does that mean i'm at a high risk of having precancer or cancer and should remove it?

: Intrauterine polyps are rarely malignant.  "Pre-cancerous cells" may occur after menopause from estrogen stimulation of the lining of the uterus (endometrium), and or cervical dysplasia from HPV for example.  See your GYN physician for a thorough discussion of options.

what does it mean if my t.s.h level was 8.35?

Accepted Answer

Possible thyroid: Deficiency. Tsh levels increase if the thyroid does not make sufficient thyroxine. You also need to look at your free T4 levels and if that is low, your doctor may put you on thyroxine replacement.

: If they are -9 diopters &amp; -10 diopters then this person has severe myopia (nearsightedness). Take care.

Fibromyalgia: Trigger points are assessed during a physical ecam.  There are 18 known trigger points.  Ii out of 18 "positive" or painful trigger points make the diagnosis of fibromyalgia.

Mgt.: Please see a physician right away. The source of the bleeding may be the nasal passages, lungs or GI, and testing may be indicated.
Avoid aspirin and Motrin until you see acute care.

Stress may be a role: You need to clarify the reason for your stress. It may be playing a role in the hair loss . The insomnia can be evaluated at a sleep center. There may be a medical reason.

u/s report said liver is not significantly enlarged it didn't give measurments, does that mean it was but not large enough to document as being enlarg?

Accepted Answer

Fear not: Many radiologists use different terms and one's comment of the liver being "not significantly enlarged" may be another ones "normal variant of liver dimensions" etc.  If your liver had any problems or concerns of being enlarged, the radiologist would/should have made specific mention of it.  I suspect all is fine. Keep regular appts with your dr and get follow-up are as needed.  Best wishes.
