Show her provider: Red dots on an arm can be a variety of things--depending on how long it has been there, size, if they are raised, flat, or in areas of friction. Had some that were a sibling's art work with pen! you may want to ask about it at her next checkup. A picture may be worth a thousand words--but seeing and feeling a skin finding in person  is worth about ten thousand when it comes to diagnosis.

: Sometimes this is a burst blood vessel just under the skin. Do these spots go away after a few days? They typically don’t hurt or itch. If this is the case, it is likely nothing to worry about. If there are any doubts, show it to your doctor. Good luck!

Hard to say.: I would really have to see the lesion. Bug bites that do not itch are unusual, but not unheard of.  One possibility for a red dot becoming a red circle is a tick bite - and one species of tick transmits Lyme disease. So it would be prudent to have it looked at, and if necessary, treated.

i woke up this morning with tiny red dots on the inside of my arm were my arm creases , there not itchy and can't feel them , don't know what it is ?

These sound: like "petechiae" little hemorrhages due to PRESSURE!

Ask question again and if possible attach a photo

BTW Vitamin C may help prevent these tiny vessels from breaking!
