Depends on context: The interstitium of the lung refers to the area in and around the blood vessels and alveoli (air sacs). This is where the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide takes place. Inflammation and scarring of the interstitium disrupts this tissues. So the radiologist is noting that there appears to be increased markings in the area. There are many different conditions and disease that cause this pattern.

It's hard to know: CK is an enzyme that is commonly found in different types of muscle cells.  It can be found in skeletal muscle cells - think your biceps - but also your heart muscle cells.   The CK-MB allows doctors to better determine if muscle damage is heart in origin -reassuring that was normal for you.  You may naturally have high serum levels of CK or some minor damage to the some skeletal muscle(s).

: We need more history. Like weight loss, cough and night sweats. 
Recommend CT chest and see pulmonologist for possible broncoscopy

: Five days is too soon for onset of HIV symptoms. And your symptoms don't sound at all like a new HIV infection anyway. And yes, a negative HIV test at this time would mean HIV is not a possible cause. However, this is so much unlikely HIV that testing really isn't necessary. You can safely wait until 4-6 weeks for a negative HIV test that proves you weren't infected.

what does negative result mean regarding small lung nodules?

Not malignant: A negative result by lung biopsy of a small lung nodule means it is not malignant.  Other examinations of lung biopsies are performed to examine for evidence of infection or conditions which might cause lung nodules.   A negative result of ct scan on followup exam means the nodules has remained the same or less in size.  Lung nodules are followed for 2 years to be sure they do not increase in size.

It is the worst type: Breast cancer come sin 3 forms or types.
Triple negative is typically the worst form in terms of prognosis because the medical treatments for it are limited. So if it is advanced cancer, then she is in trouble.
