Does it happen occasionally or consistently? If occurred sporadically, resolved in a short time, and not affecting your daily living, leave it alone. Holding a big amount of urine overnight may cause what you have felt. If so, what not trying to cut down drinking before sleep or just get up to void once by setting an alarm clock to see if that makes difference. If so, you get answer.

Usually when having a sore or burning stomach in the morning it is related to acid reflux or heartburn. First of all try to decrease fat in your diet along with irritants like caffeine, sauces, spicy food, bread, refined sugars, all of which can cause these type of symptoms. You can also try antacid medication. However if symptoms are severe or not better with these measures see your doctor

Does this occur in the premenstrual time frame? During menses? Any possibility of pregnancy? Any association of sxs w starting use of Depo-Provera provera (medroxyprogesterone)?  Depo -provera (medroxyprogesterone) can cause cramps, breast pain, chest pain,  feeling tired or weak ; drowsiness.

You will need to know if the sore is simply an abscess which requires antibiotics with drainage versus inflammatory breast disease.  Your nausea needs to be diagnoses as well.  Aspirin and pain medication causes nausea.  Chest pressure and breathing difficulty can be anything from panic attack to asthma to heart issues.  Get seen by your doctor and ask her if she can help you improve your symptoms.

Causes include: excessive weight loss or weight gain, increased exercising, emotional stress, medicines, having an illness, traveling, birth control pills, hormonal imbalances, etc… if worried about pregnancy, one can do a test 3 weeks after sex.
