See your doctor: You will need to know if the sore is simply an abscess which requires antibiotics with drainage versus inflammatory breast disease. Your nausea needs to be diagnoses as well. Aspirin and pain medication causes nausea. Chest pressure and breathing difficulty can be anything from panic attack to asthma to heart issues. Get seen by your doctor and ask her if she can help you improve your symptoms.
