Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco or alcohol in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Multiple possible.: If a patient has had recent surgery, that might be the cause.  B12 and Folic Acid deficiencies can cause a high MCV (ie, it can represent a nutritional cause).  Other possibilites include hemolysis (breaking of red blood cells), kidney disease and other chronic diseases.

B12/folate deficient: You need to be checked out for vitamin B12 or Folic Acid deficiency.    I wonder why  the doctor who ordered the blood test did not recommend getting these tests done. If these values were normal, then further studies will be required.

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your CBC results are in keeping with the results expected in a person with thalassemia minor.

RBC numbers/low Hgb: RBC numbers are not very useful. Instead we would like to know the hemoglobin(Hgb). If the Hgb is over 10 grams and rising, then I would not worry as it can take 3-4 months for Hgb to recover to a level above 11Gm. Ask you doctor why your BP is low? If you are taking any BP medicines, stop them as BP does go down some after having had chemotherapy
