i have a small amount of blood in my semen but not in my urine. what could this mean? 44 yr old male no pain. no discharge. no history of uti or std.

Blood : Blood in the semen, or "hematospermia", can be a very alarming finding.  It is quite common in urologic practices and in the absence of other symptoms, is typically not worrisome and tends to resolve spontaneously (though it may take as long as several weeks).  If it persists or is accompanied by syptoms such as pain or burning with urination or blood in the urine, then it would require further evaluation.

i was treated for a uti 6 days ago but i still have burning sensation after peeing and when i'm not peeing. i also have a little blood after sex?

Get urine retested: It is important to check on the results of the initial urine culture used to establish the diagnosis of UTI. This will tell you if the antibiotic that you were prescribed was effective for the infection.  Since you are still having symptoms, seeing your doctor to get your urine rechecked for signs of continued infection is important.  Also would check for Mycoplasma/Ureaplasma infection.

Possible: A UTI can clear by itself. Our immune system can overcome infections. Before antibiotics people survived different kinds of infectious processes. 
The other possibility would be what you had might have been an allergic/ inflammatory process that resolved with time

Unclear: Is the blood from the urine, the vagina or the intestine. Are the chunks blood clots? It appears  you need to see your physician.

Urinary tract infections can be quite bothersome so hopefully your medical advisor is helping you solve this.

Alternate diagnosis?: UTI that spreads to the kidney causes flank pain, but rarely on both sides.  Sometimes pain occurs on the opposite side due to muscle strain (caused by favoring the side that is originally in pain).  A concern, especially if a pelvic exam was not done to rule this out, is pelvic inflammatory disease.  Another concern would be kidney stones on both sides (also rare, but infection harder to treat)

urine tested positive for blood showing hemolysis +10.  what does this mean compared to non hemolysis?  i have further tests scheduled but curious what the causes could be.  i dont have a uti.

"Blood in urine" ?'s: Polyps in the bladder can become irritated and bleed, which will cause both red cells and release hemoglobin (i.e., hemolysis) if the cell membrane is destroyed by urine.  This requires a cystoscopy, as these lesions can become cancerous.

Blood in urine: Can be due to bladder irritation, stones, kidney problems, bleeding disorder, tb, cancer, irritation of the genital skin, being on your period, etc.  Important to get it evaluated by your doctor.
