for weeks my stomach has felt bloated, now i get very full after eating little food. i have pain in the upper stomach, below my ribs. i generally eat well, get a good amount of exercise, and stay well hydrated. should i be concerned?

See below: I would not be overaly concerned - simple things - like constipation could cause these symptoms - but I would make and appointment to see my doctor, and be evaluated for possible more serious conditions

i get full only after eating small amt thn hungry in few hrs.abd ct. w/wo oral & iv contrast.hiatal hernia.gp says poss. gastroparesis. other ideas?

Possible gastritis: While the ct rules out bad things, there may be gastritis or inflammation of the stomach lining. This could be made worse by a bacterial infection (h pylori). I would recommend an egd or upper endoscopy to biopsy and visualize stomach.  Your acid reflux suggests this possibility. Treatable with antibiotics.

what does it mean if i get ightheaded after eating sugar?

See Doctor: Sugar depressed the immune system and sometimes play havock with the blood pressure and other body chemistry.  You need to get to your physicial for an evaluation and a blood test to determine what is not currently in good working order.

if i have diarreah after eating 2 meals does that mean i didn't get the nutrients or calories from those  foods?

NO: The Calories/Nutrients are absorbed by the stomach/Small Intestine....Diarrhea is usually a large intestinal issue!

Any number of: things, but gallstones, gastritis, or gerd are common conditions that can cause these symptoms.  Consult with a gi specialist.

?hypoglycemia: In certain circumstances taking a high amount of carbohydrate will cause production of Insulin which may overshoot and cause hypoglycemia. There is a relationship between hypoglycemia and headache in certain individuals.

Cut down: On your sugar/carbohydrate snacking and try a Protein or natural sugar (Fruit) snack!
Your consumption of sugar leads to increased INSULIN secretion...and a sugar "low" which makes you hungry again!

DependsOnWhatYouEat: What are you eating?Potato chip sandwiches laced with poi? Rice and vegetables?Pancakes with french toast and pudding? In other words,if you aren't eating enough protein or healthy fat (from nuts, fish, etc)and roughage from leafy greens, then you'll be hungry sooner than later. Also, what's your activity been?Burning more calories? Then you need to eat more.Otherwise talk this over with your doc

i'm suffering from a strange thing lately, i always feel hungry even after eating, i will have terrible feeling of hunger it's like i could keep on eating but i don't get full it's been 2 weeks feeling like this?

Hungry: There are several reasons for this. Here are some concerns: you are not really hungry your stomach is irritated from gastritis or an ulcer and eating calms it down. You a sugar problem. You have an emotional problem triggering your hungry, which is often triggered during the change in season (shorter days.)

Talk w/your Dr: Could be food allergy or (more likely) a heart rhythm issue. Should have it checked.
